To relieve our increasingly cramped office conditions, [COMPANY] will move to a new location next month. Our new suite is on the [ninth floor of the Germain Professional Building, 1111 Sherman Blvd.]
The attached floor plan gives the location of all offices. As you can see, everyone will have more space, and every office has at least one window. We also will benefit from the additional meeting room and library.
In preparation for the move, we have added an additional paper recycling unit by the back door. Please discard unessential files and other materials before the date of the move, which is set for [March 14].
The move will be handled by a professional crew, however, you will want to move plants or other personal items on your own. [On the 13th], the new suite will be open to us, so that we can begin moving in and become familiar with our new work place.
