The annual shareholders meeting of [California Financial Services, Inc.] will be held [April 14 at the Sequoya Inn in Longview]. The agenda features the election of officers and a detailed treasurer’s report. President [Herb Smith] will report on recent acquisitions and current expansion plans. Chairman [Rae Brady] will honor long-term employees for their years of service.
